Congressional Records

The following records prove and disprove a few major points. First, the 1905 record proves that we were here as the sovereign people of the land long before the arrival of the Europeans. Second, they disprove their stories that we all came from Africa as slaves. Third, our people "ordained" and "established", their constitution organizing their government, while remaining separate from them. Fourth, the 14th Amendment that was supposed to make us U.S. citizens is void.

In the 1905 Congressional Record, they describe how the "negros" were the original sovereign people of North America. They also describe how the "negros" "ordained" and "established" the U.S. constitution and were then enslaved.

In the 1988 Congressional Record, they again spoke of what the "negros" did. However, in this record they did not call them "negros". The were the Iroquois Confederacy. The actual "ordaining" of the constitution by the Iroquois Confederacy was diminished down to merely giving the colonists idea for the constitution. These two record are a prime example of how the U.S. has miseducated us as a people.

The 1967 Congressional Record proves that the 14th Amendment was never properly ratified, making it void. The record shows that there were protests to the 14th Amendment's improper ratification labeling it unconstitional and void.

1905 Senate Congressional Record-Negros Ordained the U.S. Constitution
1967 House Congressional Record-The 14th Amendment Unconstitutional
2008 House Apology for Slavery
1988 Senate Congressional Record-Iroquois Confederacy Assisted with U.S. Constitution
U.S. Supreme Court Cases and United States Code
2009 Senate Apology for Slavery

The 14th Amendment was also one of the greatest tricks ever played on our people. Our ancestors were told that it was supposed to have abrogated the Dred Scott case of 1856, which said that constitution had no power to make our ancestors into state citizens and the states could not do it through their own constitutions. The fact is that the amendment only gave our ancestors the opportunity to apply for citizenship. We were told that, by virtue of us being born in the United States, we were U.S. citizens. There are so many reasons why that is a lie.
